Giru State School

On Friday the 1st of August the B Schools Sports Carnival was held at Clare State School with Giru State School taking out the Aggregrate Shield, Averages Shield and Ball Games Shield.

Well done to all students who participated on the day.

Well done also to all students from B Schools who were chosen to participate in the Burdekin District Athletics Carnival on the 8th of August, with special congratulations going to Bianca Pontarelli, Rene LeFeuvre and Louise Grant who were chosen from the District carnival to represent the Burdekin at the North Queensland titles.
